OT – Credit History
The OT Credit History page provides a complete audit trail of all overtime (OT) leave credits that have been applied to employees. It displays processed OT credit transactions, allowing users to review how many leave days were credited against the overtime hours worked by employees. The page is read-only, ensuring that historical records remain available for tracking, reporting, and auditing purposes.
Access OT Credit History
- Navigate to Leave Management.
- Open Leave Adjustment.
- Select the OT Credit History tab.
The system displays all previously applied OT leave credit records along with the total number of history records.
View Credit History
The OT Credit History table displays details of every OT credit transaction, including:
- Employee Name
- Employee ID
- Credit Date
- Business Entity
- Business Unit
- Department
- Country
- Location
- Total OT Hours
- Leave Type
- Leave Days Credited
- Credited By
If no records exist, the system displays “No records to display.”
Filter Records
To locate specific transactions:
- Click Filter.
- Apply one or more of the following filters:
- Date
- Business Entity
- Business Unit
- Department
- Country
- Location
- Credited By
- Click Apply Filters.
The table refreshes to display only records matching the selected criteria. If no matching records are found, an appropriate no-results message is displayed.
Transaction Information
Each OT Credit History record stores comprehensive information about the leave credit transaction, including:
- Employee details
- OT Hours Consumed
- Leave Days Credited
- Leave Type
- Leave Code
- Credit Date
- Credited By
- OT Period Start
- OT Period End
These details provide a complete audit record for every OT leave credit processed.
Business Rules
- OT Credit History is a read-only audit log.
- Every OT leave credit transaction is permanently recorded.
- Each record captures the complete details of the credit applied.
- Users can filter records to quickly locate specific transactions.
- Historical records are maintained for reporting and audit purposes.
Error Handling
- If the page fails to load, an error message is displayed.
- If no OT credit transactions exist, the system displays “No records to display.”
- If filters return no matching results, a no-results message is shown.
