TL – Debit History
The TL Debit History page provides a complete audit trail of all time-lapse (TL) leave deductions applied to employees. It displays processed leave debit transactions, allowing employees to review leave deductions made based on accumulated time shortfalls. The page is read-only, ensuring all historical deduction records remain available for tracking, reporting, and audit purposes.
Access TL Debit History
- Navigate to Leave Management.
- Open Leave Adjustment.
- Select the TL Debit History tab.
The system displays all previously processed TL debit records along with the total number of history records.
View Debit History
The TL Debit History table displays details of every leave debit transaction, including:
- Employee Name
- Employee ID
- Debit Date
- Business Entity
- Business Unit
- Department
- Country
- Location
- Total Shortfall
- Leave Type
- Priority Used
- Leave Debited
- Debited By
If no records exist, the system displays “No records to display.”
Filter Records
To locate specific debit transactions:
- Click Filter.
- Apply one or more of the following filters:
- Date
- Business Entity
- Business Unit
- Department
- Country
- Location
- Debited By
- Click Apply Filters.
The table refreshes to display only records matching the selected criteria. If no matching records are found, an appropriate no-results message is displayed.
Transaction Information
Each TL Debit History record stores comprehensive information about the leave deduction transaction, including:
- Employee details
- Total Lapse Minutes
- Total Lapse Days
- Leave Type
- Leave Days Debited
- Priority Used
- Debit Date
- Debited By
- Business Entity
- Business Unit
- Department
- Country
- Location
These details provide a complete audit record for every leave deduction processed due to employee time-lapse shortfalls.
Business Rules
- TL Debit History is a read-only audit log.
- Every time-lapse leave deduction transaction is permanently recorded.
- Each record captures complete details of the leave debit applied.
- Users can filter records to quickly locate specific transactions.
- Historical records are maintained for reporting and audit purposes.
Error Handling
- If the page fails to load, an error message is displayed.
- If no TL debit transactions exist, the system displays “No records to display.”
- If filters return no matching records, a no-results message is displayed.
