What is GEMS?

GEMS is a business suite that brings HR, ERP, CRM, and eCommerce into one platform, so your team, your finances, your customers, and your storefront all run on the same data instead of four disconnected tools.

GEMS avoids that by sharing one company record, one set of users, and one permissions model across every module. This section walks you through everything that’s common to all of GEMS — creating your company, inviting your team, and connecting the pieces you’ll need regardless of which modules you use.
