Purchase
The Sales module in Price Master is used to configure and manage all pricing components applied during sales transactions in GEMS ERP. It provides a centralised framework for maintaining product prices, discounts, freight charges, taxes, product variant pricing, and pricing procedures that collectively determine the final selling price of products and services.
Instead of manually calculating prices for every transaction, the Sales Price Master enables organisations to define reusable pricing rules based on business criteria such as Business Unit, Country, Currency, Product, Product Variant, Shipping Zone, and Customer Classification. These pricing rules are automatically applied during Sales Quotations, Sales Orders, Deliveries, and Sales Invoices, ensuring consistent and accurate pricing across all sales processes.
The module also supports configurable pricing procedures through Price Schemas, allowing organisations to control how different pricing elements are applied and in what sequence to calculate the final transaction value.

- Define override prices for specific product variant combinations.
