The Modules at a Glance
GEMS is organized into four modules. You can turn on just the ones you need — none of them require the others to function, though they’re more useful together.

A small consultancy might run only CRM and HR. A retailer might run eCommerce and ERP without ever touching CRM. There’s no wrong combination — Getting Started covers the setup steps every module shares; the module you don’t use, you simply skip.
Each module has its own full documentation set covering day-to-day workflows. This section only covers what gets you into each module for the first time — see the setup pages in Account & Setup for the short path in, then head to that module’s docs for everything else.
